Tanggung Jawab
- Execute procurement activities including sourcing, bidding, evaluation, and award of contracts for goods and services.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and align procurement strategies with operational needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, industry trends, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors to secure the best value for the organization.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation of procurement systems (e.g., SAP, eProcurement) and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, KPIs, and analysis to management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in the healthcare, FMCG, or public sector.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
