Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of banking and retail hardware systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware connectivity and mechanical performance.
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities and parts usage via our digital ticketing system.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company operational procedures during service calls.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure peak system performance and minimize downtime for clients.
- Coordinate with remote support teams to escalate complex technical bugs or hardware failures.
- Provide training or guidance to clients on basic system operation and troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- Technical Diploma or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field service, hardware maintenance, or similar technical support roles.
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and modern diagnostic software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a fluctuating field schedule.
