- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain relationships with financial institutions, corporates, and government bodies.
- Analyze market trends and economic data to provide accurate pricing and advisory services to clients.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Present and pitch FX products and hedging solutions effectively to decision-makers within client organizations.
- Collaborate closely with the structuring and trading teams to deliver bespoke financial solutions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market movements to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to demonstrate portfolio performance and market insights.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the banking, financial services, or capital markets sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of FX markets, interest rates, and global economic trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
