Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive IT audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation, including risk assessments and control matrices
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and remediate identified vulnerabilities
- Support compliance certifications (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) through evidence gathering and gap analysis
- Provide bilingual technical support to resolve IT-related compliance issues for Chinese-speaking stakeholders
- Monitor system logs and security alerts to detect potential compliance breaches
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for management
- Stay current with evolving compliance regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with IT audit frameworks (COBIT, ITIL) and compliance standards
- Basic understanding of network security principles and system administration
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Experience with IT audit tools or compliance management software preferred
- Certifications in CISA, CISSP, or similar compliance credentials advantageous
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
