Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate IT operations across business units to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Implement and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and security protocols
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement processes
- Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure scaling projects
- Analyze IT performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication on technology initiatives
- Develop disaster recovery plans and business continuity procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of IT operations or management experience
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and enterprise systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Project management certification (PMP/Prince2) preferred
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
