Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company CRM system.
  • Adhere to quality assurance guidelines and performance metrics to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously update personal knowledge of product offerings and procedures through training and self-study.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate (College degree is an advantage but not required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to navigate computer systems and learn new software quickly (CRM experience is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing processes.
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service or Call Center environment is preferred but not required.
  • Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Cebu.
