  • Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical escalations
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to service enhancement initiatives
  • Meet performance metrics including call resolution time and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge and service excellence

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience in BPO/tech industry
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and basic Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to remain calm under pressure
