Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, contracts, and pleadings for diverse practice areas.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, and mediations as required.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support litigation strategy and corporate advisory services.
- Provide sound legal counsel to corporate and individual clients regarding labor, employment, and family law matters.
- Manage case files efficiently, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and court schedules.
- Collaborate with senior partners on complex cases to develop persuasive legal arguments.
- Stay updated on local jurisprudence and regulatory changes affecting our clients' interests.
Kualifikasi
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be a member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP).
- Strong interest and foundational knowledge in litigation, labor/employment, corporate, or family law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
- A proactive approach to client service and professional development.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to a team-oriented culture.
