Tanggung Jawab
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, legal opinions, and court pleadings.
- Representing clients in hearings, trials, and other administrative proceedings.
- Conducting in-depth legal research to support case strategies and advisory services.
- Providing expert legal advice to clients on compliance, regulatory, and corporate matters.
- Managing case files and maintaining accurate records of all legal documentation.
- Assisting senior partners in high-stakes negotiations and due diligence processes.
- Collaborating with legal assistants and paralegals to ensure timely filing of documents.
Kualifikasi
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a reputable university.
- Must be a member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.
- Strong command of Philippine laws, civil procedure, and corporate regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a law firm setting is preferred.
