Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the AIOps transformation strategy, integrating AI/ML and RPA into existing infrastructure.
- Architect and maintain automated monitoring systems to ensure high availability and performance of fintech services.
- Drive DataOps initiatives to enhance data quality, accessibility, and utility for operational intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and automate manual workflows using intelligent solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Analyze performance telemetry to provide actionable insights that optimize system efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance and security standards are embedded within automated operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Deep understanding of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and their application in enterprise environments.
- Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, observability tools (ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana), and infrastructure-as-code.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to translate complex technical concepts for business leaders.
