Tanggung Jawab
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying and engaging potential clients in the property sector.
- Manage and retain existing client portfolios through exceptional relationship building and service delivery.
- Oversee the placement of insurance policies, ensuring accurate coverage and competitive pricing.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with senior underwriters to secure optimal terms for clients.
- Prepare and review policy documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Insurance qualification such as CII is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property broking or insurance sales.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles, specifically within the property sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
