We are actively seeking a seasoned Associate Manager, Network Engineer/Architect to join our high-performing IT team in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this key leadership role within the Information & Operations (I&O) function, you will serve as both a visionary architect and a hands-on project lead. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex network solutions that ensure high availability, performance, and security across our global enterprise. This includes our data centers, manufacturing plants, regional offices, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
As an Associate Manager, you will not only own the technical roadmap but also mentor a team of talented engineers. You will manage vendor partnerships, oversee budget planning for network initiatives, and ensure compliance with global standards. Your expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, and network automation will be critical in driving SC Johnson's digital transformation forward.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of global network infrastructure solutions, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and data center networks.
- Act as the primary technical authority and escalation point for complex network incidents and problem management.
- Collaborate with global IT security teams to enforce security policies, manage firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), VPNs, and implement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) principles.
- Develop and maintain network roadmaps, standards, and documentation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Manage and mentor a team of network engineers, providing technical guidance, performance reviews, and professional development support.
- Oversee the lifecycle of network projects, including vendor selection, POC management, budget tracking, and deployment coordination.
- Design and optimize cloud networking architectures for AWS and/or Microsoft Azure, ensuring seamless hybrid connectivity and performance.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (SDN, AIOps, SASE) and make recommendations to improve network agility, automation, and cost-efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in network engineering and architecture, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
- Deep expertise in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VLANs, STP).
- Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto Networks preferred), VPN technologies, and network access control (NAC).
- Proven experience designing and implementing SD-WAN solutions (e.g., Cisco Viptela, VMware SD-WAN, Fortinet SD-WAN).
- Strong knowledge of cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNet, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute) and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Industry certifications strongly preferred: CCIE, CCNP, PCNSE, AWS Advanced Networking, or equivalent.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
