Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end proposal development lifecycle from scoping to final submission
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and leadership teams to gather requirements
- Develop and maintain proposal templates, standards, and best practices
- Review and edit proposals for accuracy, compliance, and persuasive impact
- Manage proposal timelines and resources across multiple concurrent projects
- Mentor junior team members in proposal writing methodologies
- Analyze proposal outcomes to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with finance and legal teams for pricing and contractual accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of proposal writing experience in ICT/tech sector
- Proven team leadership and project management skills
- Exceptional written communication and storytelling abilities
- Proficiency in proposal automation tools (e.g., PandaDoc, Qvidian)
- Strong analytical skills for requirements interpretation and solution design
- Experience with RFP/RFI response processes
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with competing priorities
