In this role, you will be responsible for comprehensive business development and portfolio management within your assigned territory. You will work closely with our network of distributors, retailers, and key accounts to ensure SC Johnson's renowned product portfolioâincluding Glade, OFF!, Raid, Windex, and other household brandsâachieves maximum market penetration and visibility.
Your strategic oversight will encompass sales forecasting, territory planning, and execution of marketing initiatives tailored to local market dynamics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and finance to deliver exceptional results while maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives in the Visayas territory
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners across East Central Visayas
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify business opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and product launches
- Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
- Negotiate terms and conditions with accounts to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis and forecasting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting partnerships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel within the Visayas region as needed
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
