Join Sagility as a pivotal Associate Manager/Team Lead/Trainer within our dynamic Training team, dedicated to elevating clinical excellence and documentation standards across all clinical teams. This leadership role combines hands-on training expertise with strategic team oversight to ensure compliance, quality, and continuous improvement in utilization management processes. You'll develop and implement innovative training programs that empower RNs and clinical staff to master complex MCG protocols, enhance inpatient care documentation, and optimize resource utilization. Your impact will directly shape clinical outcomes while fostering a culture of precision and regulatory adherence in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for clinical teams focusing on utilization management principles and MCG guidelines
- Lead, mentor, and supervise team members to ensure consistent application of clinical documentation standards
- Monitor and audit clinical documentation for accuracy, compliance, and quality improvement opportunities
- Develop performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
- Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives for utilization management processes
- Stay current with industry regulations and best practices in healthcare utilization management
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active license in the Philippines
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in utilization management or inpatient healthcare settings
- Proven experience in training, team leadership, or mentorship roles
- Strong knowledge of MCG guidelines and healthcare documentation standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse clinical teams
- Proficiency in healthcare data analysis and performance metric tracking
- Certification in healthcare management or utilization management preferred
