We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Manufacturing Engineer / Associate Equipment Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in Singapore's Central Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise setup, calibration, alignment, and parameter teaching of automated production machines.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure optimal machinery uptime and reliability.
- Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and rapid repair of electromechanical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
- Perform systematic test runs on production lines to validate machinery performance and product quality.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and process teams to implement equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document all maintenance activities, system anomalies, and parts usage in the equipment log system.
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety, health regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in machine maintenance, calibration, or setup.
- Basic understanding of pneumatic systems, sensors, motors, and automation PLC controllers.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering diagrams.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment faults efficiently.
- Proactive team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom or shift environment as required by production schedules.
