Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed mechanical system designs, calculations, and specifications for diverse engineering projects.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including electrical, plumbing, and architectural departments to ensure seamless project integration.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, proposals, and project documentation for stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced BIM and CAD software to produce accurate engineering drawings and 3D models.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and draftspersons.
- Ensure all mechanical designs adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental sustainability standards.
- Participate in client meetings to present design solutions and address technical queries effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in mechanical building services (MEP).
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and mechanical calculation tools.
- Strong understanding of local Malaysian building codes and international design standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrix-structured environment.
- Professional Engineering registration (BEM/IEM) is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
