Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current manufacturing and logistical processes to identify areas for operational improvement and cost reduction.
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on productivity metrics.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure all methods and workflows strictly adhere to global safety and quality standards (HSE).
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff (for Senior level candidates) and support cross-departmental training initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in methods analysis, process engineering, or industrial operations (2-5+ years for Associate, 5-8+ years for Senior).
- Proficiency in Lean manufacturing tools, time study analysis, and process mapping.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive business decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Candidates with qualifications exceeding minimum requirements will be considered for a higher-level role.
