Tanggung Jawab
- Perform first-line Network Surveillance & Incident Management to ensure high availability of network services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, hardware faults, and software anomalies.
- Assist in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network traffic and performance metrics using Network Management Systems (NMS) to proactively identify potential issues.
- Document network changes, incidents, and resolutions in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- Support global teams with local network connectivity and infrastructure requests.
- Participate in network security audits and implement necessary patches or updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with network concepts including TCP/IP, OSI model, routing, and switching protocols.
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with global stakeholders.
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work on shifts or as needed to support global business hours.
