The IBM Consulting Associate Program is designed to develop the next generation of business and technology leaders. As an Associate Package Consultant, you will undergo intensive technical and professional training, followed by placement on a client project where you will work under expert guidance to deliver real value. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of SAP implementation including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, and user training. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with SAP HANA, the next-generation ERP platform.

Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in all phases of SAP implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, and support.
- Assist in the analysis of clients' financial business requirements and translate them into SAP FI/CO solutions.
- Support the team in developing functional specifications and configuring SAP HANA FI and CO modules.
- Perform unit testing and support integration testing to ensure quality deliverables.
- Create documentation, user manuals, and training materials for end users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FI with other modules (MM, SD, etc.).
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for production issues.
Kualifikasi
- Recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Basic understanding of SAP FI/CO or ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA or database concepts is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluency in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.
