In this position, you will provide process and automation engineering leadership to meet our plant's operational objectives for value stream manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing automation solutions, and ensuring product quality and efficiency.
As an Associate Process Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, implement lean manufacturing principles, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will contribute to the development and maintenance of manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide process and automation engineering leadership to meet plant's operational objectives
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce costs
- Design, implement, and maintain automation systems and equipment
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols
- Analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field)
- 1-3 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with automation systems, PLC programming, and industrial controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with medical device manufacturing is a plus
