- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Partner with engineering squads to ensure technical feasibility and manage project scope effectively.
- Conduct user research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including wireframes and user flows.
- Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on features based on user feedback and data insights.
- Facilitate effective communication between product, design, and development teams to ensure alignment.
- Assist in prioritizing the product backlog and managing the release schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
