Direct Lending is a fast-growing fintech leader, and we are seeking a motivated Associate Product Manager to join our team in Malaysia. In this role, you will be at the intersection of technology, finance, and user experience, playing a pivotal role in the end-to-end lifecycle of our needs-based financing products.
As our Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and compliance, to execute product roadmaps that simplify lending for our users. You will translate complex market needs into intuitive product features, ensuring our solutions are not only user-friendly but also fully compliant with industry regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Assist in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial concept and design to launch and post-launch monitoring.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities within the financing sector.
- Partner with the engineering team to manage sprint backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
- Work closely with the compliance and legal departments to ensure all product features meet local regulatory and data protection standards.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimize conversion rates.
- Coordinate with UX/UI designers to create seamless, intuitive lending journeys for our diverse customer base.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or project management, preferably within the fintech or banking industry.
- Strong understanding of digital lending workflows and the Malaysian fintech ecosystem.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable product strategies.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence decision-making processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to document complex requirements clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
