- Conduct original research in Science & Technology and publish findings in reputable journals
- Develop and deliver innovative undergraduate and graduate courses
- Lead extension programs promoting technology transfer and community engagement
- Supervise student research projects and thesis work
- Secure research grants and collaborate with industry partners
- Participate in curriculum development and academic governance
- Mentor junior faculty through peer review and collaborative projects
Kualifikasi
- Ph.D. in Science, Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience at university level
- Strong research publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience managing research projects and securing funding
- Expertise in curriculum development and teaching methodologies
- Proven track record in community extension programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
