Microgenesis Business Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our growing team in Mandaluyong City. In this pivotal role, you will act as the operational backbone for our engineering and technical initiatives. You will be responsible for the comprehensive lifecycle of assigned projectsāfrom initial planning and budget estimation to final documentation and stakeholder reporting.

- Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Develop detailed project budgets and track expenditures against project milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to align project goals.
- Document all aspects of the project lifecycle, maintaining clear and concise project logs.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent bottlenecks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and status updates.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices throughout the project phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in project coordination or junior project management roles.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings and present reports.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on cost-efficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
