Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor project lifecycles to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and organizational objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, tracking performance against KPIs regularly.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to ensure seamless project flow.
- Identify potential project risks and bottlenecks, developing proactive mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management regarding project health and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with procurement and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of necessary materials and services.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by documenting project learnings and streamlining internal processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the construction or IT infrastructure sector.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification is considered a significant advantage.
