Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Oversee day-to-day project operations and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Document all project aspects, including status reports, meeting minutes, and technical specifications.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- PMP or Agile certification is a strong plus.
