Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for PTSS patients
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including trauma-focused CBT and EMDR
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care
- Document clinical progress and maintain confidential patient records
- Participate in research initiatives and contribute to clinical best practices
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency psychological support
- Conduct psychoeducational sessions for patients and families
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
- Registration with Singapore Psychological Society (SPS)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in trauma-focused therapy
- Certification in PTSS assessment methodologies
- Strong diagnostic and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare environments
- Proficiency in psychological assessment tools and documentation systems
