Are you a finance professional with a passion for global real estate markets? Macquarie Group is looking for an analytical and proactive Associate - Real Estate Product Specialist to join our high-performing team in Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between our Real Estate investment divisions and our global Client Solutions teams.
You will play a critical role in supporting the distribution, product structuring, and investor reporting processes for our real estate portfolios. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior leadership in the development and management of real estate investment products.
- Collaborate with the Real Estate Client Solutions team to prepare high-quality investor pitch decks and marketing collateral.
- Conduct detailed market research and analysis to support investment strategies and capital raising activities.
- Provide operational support for the end-to-end lifecycle of real estate investment products.
- Maintain and update internal databases regarding portfolio performance and client reporting metrics.
- Participate in global cross-functional meetings to align investment strategies with client needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, asset management, or real estate finance.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment structures, valuation, and capital markets.
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills (Advanced Excel proficiency required).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, suitable for global stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Experience in CRM or database management is highly desirable.
