Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy to support future funding requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, transparent relationships with current and prospective investors, venture capitalists, and funding agencies.
- Collaborate with HQ to prepare high-quality investor presentations, annual reports, and financial updates.
- Monitor market trends and provide actionable intelligence to the executive team regarding the investment landscape in Malaysia.
- Manage the end-to-end process of investor inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align funding narratives with corporate milestones and projects.
- Organize investor roadshows, briefings, and outreach programs to expand our funding network.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; CFA or MBA is a significant plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking.
- Proven track record of successful capital raising or managing investor communications in a high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian investment landscape and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into compelling narratives.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and diverse cross-functional teams.
