Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Assist in the administration and interpretation of company policies, procedures, and labor regulations to ensure consistent application.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues, conflicts, and performance-related matters.
- Provide guidance and coaching to line managers on handling team dynamics, feedback, and disciplinary processes.
- Facilitate engagement initiatives and internal communication programs to boost morale and foster a sense of belonging.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards and internal documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify trends in associate feedback and recommend actionable improvements to workplace culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or a similar customer-facing corporate role.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and best practices in workplace dispute resolution.
- Exceptional interpersonal, active listening, and conflict management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality, objectivity, and professional ethics.
