Kualifikasi
- PhD in International Relations, Political Science, Strategic Studies, or related field
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed academic journals
- Expertise in military affairs, defense policy, or regional security
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Experience in policy analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Asia-Pacific security dynamics preferred
