As an Associate Seamer Engineer, you will work closely with the production and maintenance teams to oversee, calibrate, and troubleshoot high-speed seaming machinery. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, monitor, and adjust automatic seaming machines to ensure optimal production output.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting on seaming equipment to minimize downtime.
- Perform regular quality inspections of seams, including vacuum checks and cross-section analysis.
- Collaborate with production operators to ensure seamless line changeovers and setup.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and production records in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Identify and implement minor mechanical improvements to enhance machine efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in machine maintenance, specifically within the F&B or packaging industry.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and mechanical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to mechanical repairs.
- Ability to work on shifts and adapt to flexible production schedules.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety standards.
