Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate service delivery activities across multiple client accounts to ensure timely and high-quality execution
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships
- Manage service level agreements and ensure compliance with established standards and expectations
- Prepare regular reports on service delivery performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service processes and enhance customer experience
- Identify opportunities for service enhancement and innovation to maintain competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Previous experience in service delivery, customer service management, or account coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making under pressure
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and performance metrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
