Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality technical assistance for web and mobile application services
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding processes from initial setup to full deployment
- Coordinate with development teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions
- Monitor service delivery performance and maintain detailed documentation
- Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations
- Develop and optimize service delivery workflows for efficiency
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with service level agreements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or project coordination
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Proficiency in web/mobile application technologies and troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of service delivery frameworks (ITIL preferred)
