Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- 1-2 years of experience in software analysis, technical support, or QA testing
- Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, or C#) and database management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Certifications in software testing or technical analysis (e.g., ISTQB) preferred
