Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement robust solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable system architecture.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and integration with existing enterprise systems.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 environments to meet unique business process requirements.
- Monitor system performance, perform troubleshooting, and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal uptime.
- Create technical documentation, including solution design documents, user manuals, and deployment guides.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users to ensure high adoption rates of deployed solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, or C# for custom development within the Microsoft stack.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum project methodologies is a significant advantage.
- Relevant Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-200, or MB-200 series) are highly preferred.
