- Identify and cultivate new project sales leads within the construction and architecture sectors.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Execute hardselling strategies to secure new business contracts and project allocations.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and negotiation to contract closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and interior designers.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management to track market share growth.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in B2B or construction-related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and high resilience.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
