Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage major structural engineering projects from concept design to construction administration.
- Prepare, review, and approve structural calculations, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Mentor, inspire, and guide junior engineers and drafting staff to foster professional growth.
- Ensure all structural designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, MEP engineers, and contractors.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to resolve structural issues during construction.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure project milestones and budgets are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of project leadership.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, Tekla).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international engineering standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer status is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
