Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior stylists with client services, including shampooing, blow-drying, and preparing tools and products.
- Learn and master professional hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques through our comprehensive structured training program.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment in accordance with strict hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, warmly greeting clients and ensuring a positive and comfortable salon experience.
- Manage appointment bookings, handle inventory of retail and salon products, and perform general salon administrative tasks.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer informed recommendations to clients.
- Actively participate in team training sessions, workshops, and potential overseas development trips.
- Support the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations and foster a collaborative and positive team spirit.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Passion for the hair and beauty industry with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (bilingual abilities are a strong plus).
- Positive can-do attitude, willingness to take on diverse tasks, and a strong team-player mindset.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, on a rotating schedule.
- Customer-service oriented with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Singaporean / PR preferred, or candidates holding a valid work pass are welcome to apply.
