Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Analyze historical data to create accurate demand forecasts for future periods.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely sourcing of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities and update internal databases.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding delivery schedules and inventory status.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and logistics KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in supply chain planning or inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
