Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the configuration, application, and troubleshooting of the GeoBalance geomechanical modeling software.
- Analyze subsurface data to identify trends, optimize well placement, and enhance production performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical solutions into daily operational workflows.
- Prepare clear and concise technical reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and update standard operating procedures as needed.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and other departments regarding the GeoBalance application.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geology, or a related technical discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry or technical software support roles.
- Familiarity with geomechanics principles, reservoir simulation, or data analysis is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and model outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
