Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain complex AV systems, specifically utilizing Q-SYS control platforms.
- Configure and support Panopto video conferencing and recording solutions for clients.
- Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for installed systems.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure successful project delivery and system integration.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize the effective use of technical equipment.
- Document system configurations, changes, and technical procedures accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Proven experience with Q-SYS or similar professional AV control systems.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and IP-based AV protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel for project sites within the region.
