Absolute Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and certified Drone/UAV Trainer to lead our training programs. In this pivotal role, you will design and deliver comprehensive courses that empower aspiring drone pilots and industry professionals with essential skills in aerial operations, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.

You will be responsible for conducting hands-on flight training, performing skill assessments, and ensuring that all trainees are well-prepared for real-world operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct structured training sessions and workshops on drone piloting, maintenance, and UAV technology.
- Develop, update, and maintain training curricula to align with current aviation regulations and industry best practices.
- Perform practical flight assessments and evaluations to verify trainee competency and safety standards.
- Enforce strict safety protocols, emergency procedures, and regulatory compliance during all training exercises.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support for drone hardware, software, and communication systems.
- Maintain accurate records of trainee progress, attendance, and certification outcomes.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and improve course delivery methods.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Drone/UAV Pilot Certification (Part 107 or equivalent in Singapore) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in drone piloting and operations.
- Strong instructional skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
- Deep knowledge of aviation regulations, airspace laws, and weather considerations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Certifications in First Aid or Safety Management Systems are highly desirable.
