Tanggung Jawab
- Execute buy and sell orders on behalf of clients through the PSE platform efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client transactions, account details, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with all SEC and PSE regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Communicate trade confirmations, market updates, and portfolio performance reports to clients promptly.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide educational insights on financial products.
- Monitor market trends and economic news to provide relevant advice to the trading desk.
- Resolve client inquiries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in brokerage, financial services, or a related sector is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine Securities Market and regulatory frameworks (SEC, PSE).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and trading software systems.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to regulatory compliance.
