Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Engineering, Business, or Management preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic accounting software.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
