- Manage the daily operations and workflow of the housekeeping department to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure all guest rooms, corridors, and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities to prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with the front office team to ensure rooms are ready for check-in according to schedule.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across the department.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager, Executive Housekeeper, or similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards, procedures, and chemical safety.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional local language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks during peak seasons.
- Relevant hospitality degree or diploma is highly preferred.
