Tanggung Jawab
- Lead advanced debug and component-level repair of automatic test equipment (ATE) tester boards to minimize downtime and improve production yield
- Drive comprehensive root cause analysis for tester board failures, implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Develop and document repair standards, procedures, and best practices for in-house repair operations
- Build and enhance in-house repair capabilities through training, process improvement, and tooling optimization
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve equipment issues and maintain optimal testing performance
- Analyze failure data and trends to identify recurring issues and implement strategic solutions
- Evaluate and source repair components, tools, and equipment to support in-house repair capabilities
- Maintain detailed repair records and generate reports on repair metrics, turnaround times, and cost savings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) maintenance, repair, or debugging
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor test equipment, circuit analysis, and component-level troubleshooting
- Experience with tester boards, load boards, and probe cards repair is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in using test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and testing methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills in English; Filipino language proficiency is a plus
