We are looking for a highly skilled Staff ATE Test Development and Characterization Engineer to join our elite engineering team. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, debug, and optimize comprehensive ATE test programs for complex mixed-signal and digital integrated circuits.
- Lead silicon characterization activities to validate performance against design specifications across process, voltage, and temperature corners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Product Engineering, and Yield, to perform root-cause analysis on silicon failures.
- Develop hardware load boards and probe card solutions to ensure high-fidelity signal integrity during testing.
- Implement statistical data analysis techniques to improve test coverage and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation, standards, and methodology improvements.
- Manage technical execution for multi-site testing environments to maximize throughput without compromising accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in ATE test development (Advantest V93000 or Teradyne UltraFlex platforms preferred).
- Strong proficiency in C/C++, Python, or similar scripting languages for test automation.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor device physics, digital/analog/mixed-signal circuits, and signal integrity.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment including Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, and Parametric Analyzers.
- Proven track record in successful silicon bring-up and high-volume manufacturing (HVM) transitions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
