About the Role
UST Global, a leading digital transformation solutions company, is seeking an experienced ATE Test Engineer to join our team in Penang, Malaysia. As an ATE Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and delivery of high-quality semiconductor test solutions. You will be responsible for creating, debugging, and optimizing test programs for complex integrated circuits using the Advantest 93K test platform.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with design, product, and test engineering teams to ensure robust test coverage and efficient production test times. You will analyze device specifications, define test methodologies, and implement test content that meets stringent quality and yield targets. Additionally, you will support the transition of new products from development to volume production, resolving test issues and driving continuous improvement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain test programs for ATE platforms, primarily Advantest 93K and other platforms as required.
- Define test methodologies, create test plans, and implement test content for digital and mixed-signal devices.
- Debug and optimize test programs to achieve high test coverage, minimal test time, and maximum yield.
- Work closely with design and product engineering teams to understand device specifications and translate them into test requirements.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing test solutions, validating hardware, and ramping to production.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, root cause failures, and implement corrective actions.
- Generate documentation and reports to support test development and production release processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ATE test engineering with hands-on experience on Advantest 93K platform.
- Strong understanding of digital and mixed-signal test principles, including DC/AC parameters, functional testing, and DFT.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or Perl for test development and automation.
- Experience with test hardware including load boards, probe cards, and interface boards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to document technical work clearly.
